VVT Delete?
They make both VVT limiters and complete delete kits. Any cam that you get from a tuner or engine builder will be sold with a VVT limiter or delete depending on the cam specs. Keep the VVT if at all possible, but if you're running a very aggressive cam, you'll have to delete it. You will lose a lot of low end and midrange power if you completely remove VVT.
You can get a less aggressive cam with limited VVT, still gain a lot of power, and keep the low end closer to stock levels. I see no reason to remove it completely unless you're strictly concerned with track times regardless of the affect it has on street driving.
