If these dealers would give their receptionists access to the system that Becky picks, they could have the receptionist send out updates weekly to the customers. Simple customer service that would go a long way. Hell, the receptionist at my dealer pretty much just sits there, looks good and answers the phone once in a while.

Yeah...and at the dealership it would just be a few cars. The amount of orders Becky checks is crazy!!! She's definitely a sweetheart!
