Called all 3 GM dealers in my town Chevy, GMC, and Caddy all saying they don't have the software. Took it in yesterday when the touch screen stopped responding to see if it needed update fix and they said they new nothing of the problem and I'd have to leave it with them while also trying to talk down to me again about the Android Auto thing.
Other dealer I called ran my VIN and saw no notices mentioning Android Auto for my car so they said they couldn't help.

I think you need to bring a copy of that PDF with you and talk to the service manager.
