I specifically asked the service manager if they had the update, and knew how to do it before I brought it in. Well.....they are scratching their heads, they can't get it to update. This truly is a joke. 4 hrs....idiots. I hate dealers. BTW...SW is up to 84089010. If anyone is planning on this, make sure your dealer truly has all their equipment up to date. If its not, you will be waiting for hours.
