I have found that you have to let the car get to normal idle rpms before you start moving. I have noticed that he 7K-9K rpms is the right spot. Plus it is good practice to start the car and let it idle for i little bit before moving so oil gets to the top of the engine. It takes about a minute to let it calm down.
