Sounds a tad more loud than before but I'm going on memory haven't been in the car for a while to give you a real good answer. But no noise hardly at all at 80 still when your cruising they kept the functionality perfect. With it on or off they both sound good under acceleration and at idle you can still hear the difference when its opening or closing.
