Agreed. And you do get better results if you keep your head even when it gets frustrating. I think dealer variation is as much of the problem as the cars themselves.
And to those of you wanting people fired, have you ever made a mistake at work?
And who did not realize that in buying a first year totally new car there might be problems?
Having said all that, those with skin in the game I hope you get everything worked out to your satisfaction. Check out the Lemon laws in your state and open a case with GM if warranted. GM does stand behind these cars. I am not a fanboy, just a realist. If I wanted a refrigerator I would have bought a Toyota. But even they are having more problems lately. Cars are just so incredibly complex these days.
