I talked to Andy at ADM and they are buying a complete LT4 crate engine and then selling the stock LT1 with low mileage through engine swap channels. For now this is more economical for them. The LT4 has upgraded crank, rods, valves, fuel pump system, and reduced compression ratio. If you can sell the LT1 at a fair price the complete LT4 is a bargain at $12K.

ADM/squash fuel system, Ron Davis radiator, Spal fans, AGP air to air, turbo plumbing. LPE oil cooler, rear bushing upgrade, roll bar...etc. rwhp 1400+... 212.5mph, best Texas mile to date.
