I did it near freezing and it worked... ok. I used warm (not hot, was afraid of cracking glass), and wiped it off quickly. At -2F, I'd assume you'd just be coating the car in a layer of pink ice (duragloss).
But, if you have a garage, it'd be worth a shot. Just get the car up to -near- freezing so you can dry it before it freezes.

you can do rinslesss in -25F if you want...JUST LIKE IN THE DIRECT SUN, you need to change to doing a panel at a time, wash AND dry, then move on....USE VERY HOT WATER TO ELIMINATE FREEZING. A rinsleless is max 15-20 min, nothing will freeze in that time...
