The only problem I've ever had with an officer is when one sped by me with no warning and then abruptly cut me off and hit his breaks hard to make a turn into a neighborhood... Really?
Also, if police speed with no lights I'll usually just keep up behind them. It's got to be safe if they're doing it right?
But really. I agree with your statement. I'm pretty sure you easily notice the guy slamming on his breaks when you hit him with radar gun.
There's plenty of ass hats driving around in Houston...
