I skipped the 5th generation for 2 reasons. I felt the car needed to lose some weight and the biggest issue for me was the interior. I just felt it looked like it belonged in an econobox and not a $40k car. The 6th generation fixed those issues. Yeah visibility could be better but for me the pros outweigh the cons. However I'm also a car enthusiast and I am willing to overlook some things. I do feel that the general public looking for a fast rwd car will choose the mustang based on a lower price and better visibility which unfortunately could lead to a repeat of the 4th generation.
