Back in 2004 when I ordered my SRT from Dodge, Dodge customer service was a 1000 times better than GM. GM could learn a bunch from Dodge when it comes to customer service/public relations in regards to customers that order vehicles from them. I guess if I ever buy another Camaro or Corvette it will not be a special order. FWIW my dealer has not been a problem and has done a great job with any request or question I have had. GM's corporate side of things is a f**king joke and I would be embarrassed if I had any connection to GM's corporate side.

All right rant is almost over. I really don't care if I'm in quality control hold I just wish someone from Chevy with some balls would tell me that and stop feeding me BS. Chevy is treating some of their customers like they are really dumb but in reality most of us Camaro owners know more about the car and the ordering process than Chevy employees know. This is mostly due to the fantastic and knowledgeable people on this forum.

Look at my other post I was having communication problems with my dealer so i called 1-800-222-1020 told them y issue and they gave me a case number, they were very helpful to me I was on hold for about 20 min and they were the ones that told me that I was in QC hold and helped e out, I called them twice with my case number in the same weekand they helped me out try that. I was real nice to them. I am glad mine went through QC hold it took them two weeks to complete the QC, Check my signature out. the chat was somewhat helpful for the events but not really, The number above is a live person and they gave me more information then my dealer I have not talked to my dealer in two weeks now.
