I've also read on the chevy volt forums that the private offers seem to come out during the middle of the month, so maybe that mid-month window is closed for January, but hopefully back for February.
I'm always messing around the chevy site, day dreaming some Camaro builds, and if I come across a private offer, I will be sure to share the love here with you guys.
