The problem is that there are "experts" on here, aka shop owners trying to sell things, that try and say that SAE doesn't mean much.
"It just can't make less than the official rating!" "It allows for variation!"
Because it totally makes sense to have one engine making 460hp and another making 495 hp....who needs manufacturing consistency.
