There is def a cost to go from becky to the end user if it involves transport. And the way dealers are organized now, the service dept does not give a damn if you bought it there. I bought far away twice and two dealers begged me to service there after i told them i was buying out of town. Just tell them your buying out of town as you live there a few months a year, or you got transferred, etc.

Go interview a few dealer service mgrs and ask, no email or call, go in person.Go BEFORE you get the car.
