Chevy Customer Care replied to me. Said that the general manager called me and discussed a discount to offset inconvenience. That's great except I was never offered a discount. However, there are two of us waiting. Maybe he confused the two calls. But I now have a written record of it. I am at the point where I just want it to show up.
