I think it would be nice to see an N/A motor in the Z/28 assuming they build it again and either put forged internals in the LT1 with more HP or, remove the blower from the LT4 and make the other changes needed to keep it at 525 HP (or more).
I do like the smaller displacement idea with more RPMS but even ford bumped the displacement for the new GT350 for the FPC engine. I think it is about 315 CI now (5.2L?). And, usually with the smaller displacement the torque curve suffers some requiring the higher RPMS to sustain it. Not always but usually.
I just want to see the new Z/28 be a track monster along with the new ZL1.
