Per Goodyear these tires can't be patched (even for nail holes). Once you drive them deflated they are done. Your only option is to replace the tire if you can find one that size or you have to replace both tires on that axle with a matched set of different tires. Thus the concerns about getting a flat in a location that doesn't have a replacement. It seems likely that it will take Goodyear months to build inventory for all tire options in stores and dealerships across the country.
