We know the LT1 makes incredible torque from 2,000-4,000 RPM's. However, the engine is only within this 2k-4k range for about 1.5 seconds in the video. Could a 6-speed auto with taller gears and a slightly lower rev limit (to keep the engine in a better torque range) perform better?
