They elected to go for a solid single rather than swing away. Of course you can win a game with a single as well. It's just nearly as dramatic.

This car is also the 2021 Camaro folks and it looks too much like a rendition of the car I drove to California way back in December 2008.

...and styling is KING....(or very close to it lol) over all else, even performance. Why in the world, would the more expensive, heavier, slightly slower car (5th gen Camaro) outsell the 2011 - 2014 Mustang....except that people actually liked the styling??? Haters will say the car looks terrible, or it is "cartoonish" but I'll be damned...it sold very well! So people liked it...period, end of story.

So we have to hope that people like the new styling as well and it is enough to carry the car forward. I think once we start seeing these cars in person, and on the road the difference will be more apparent than they are coming across in photos. The new Mustang for instance has a nice wide and low profile that really looks great and grabs your attention (although I still think the car looks awkward from certain angles). Hopefully 6th gen Camaro will touch on that same page, although the 5th gen was already closer to this than say the 5th gen Mustang was.

A refresh is only going to do so much...front and rear-end changes, but that side profile is going to remain the same throughout its run.

Again going back to my previous comments, aside from styling (in some opinions), they did everything they needed to do and then some.
