The GFX do nothing to aid in performance. If anything the 1LE won't allow the option due to the extra weight they add.
Personally, I would pass on them regardless. They just look too tacky and tacked on to me.

Yeah the GFX is just for looks. Not for me either don't like the looks of them on the car.
