In the Edmunds test they used an SS with 6 piston Brembo breaks. The new SS uses 4 Piston with smaller rotors. While they will be good, we're not going to see better breaking than the 2015 1LE setup. Crap the Z/28 with like a $12K+ breaking system setup can't stop in under 103 feet.
Wow, I was looking at the motor trend stopping distances. They got different distance and times on their tests than edmunds did. Motor Trend got a 112 ft stop from 60 for a 2010 Camaro SS. Judging by edmunds times, I'd say you're right.

6 piston breaks are an option, right?
