Honestly the price isn't that much more. I paid 30K for a 1LT with RS package in 2013. The 2016 2LT comes with more and your options line up with current 5the Gen pricing.

I love the fifth gen...but I hated the tail lights of the 2015 model... and the interior was too simple too... I am just going to wait for a couple of months before I step into the showroom...
Do you know how much discount an employee would get there... A friends dad works in GM and he said he can help with the discounts... but I am not sure how much given that he is not buying it for himself...
