I am a life long GM fan/buyer, not only loyal, I truly love their cars that they have built over the years. My dad had a Chevy pickup and always bought GM, and that is where my interest began...having said that I hate going into a GM dealership, sales or service. My dealer is the southeasts volume dealer winner for many years, they just spent millions of dollars renovating and building a separate Cadillac building, as well as the Chevy/Buick building. The service part if state of the art, but they absoulety clueless in there. Crappy service, disorganized and it is very frustrating when I hve to wait almost 2 hours sometimes for an oil change, that is with a scheduled appointment! The owner has a bunch of other locations, all the same. I have friends that say the same thing about the tons of Hendricks GM dealerships too. I dread having to go in there most times...that is where GM really needs a shot in the arm, and it needs to happen now, not years from now.
