I see entry 1SS going from $34,500 (2015 price) to about $35,500 for the 2016 model year.

I think you'll also get the same price bump in the 2SS; from $38,300 to $39,300. They don't want to flirt with entry at $40K - that just looks bad when comparing.

I think an auto trans will bump another $1,500
Magnetic ride another $1,500
NPP (performance exhaust) for under $1,000
I06 - Navigation for about $1,000
white or red interior accent packages $500
premium paint around $500 as well

The add-ons will get you into high dollar territory. GM has a track record of having expensive wheel packages, so I'd shy away from those if you want to keep your payments down as low as possible. Wheels can always be done later.
