Considering the OP, do you really think it's a bad thing to attempt to inject some good financial advice?
When I was 25, my friend would tell me what I wanted to hear......My dad would tell me what I NEEDED to hear.
I'm not the OP's dad, but if he's going to solicit advice, and if I'm in the mood to give it... I'm going to try to make it good advice, even if it isn't what he wants to hear.
