Those most likely aren't pics in the different modes but just examples of the info displayed. The C7 can pull up a separate lap time like shown while not in Track mode. The speed limit and larger oil pressure gauge are clearly just showing what you can display, since they would not display by default in any mode. So far we have seen nothing confirming what any of the modes look like, but you should check the C7 for what is likely.
