A repeater or extender? I can't setup some weird address thingy so maybe I could pay someone to do it.
I have a solution for you.
I've been using this for over 4 years now.
It's call power-line network kit.
It allows you to use your electrical outlet as a 10/100/1000 network communication without drilling or running wires all over your home.

The one that i'm using is from CISCO.
It offers signal from on gigabits network.
This is important because you won't be able to go faster than 25MBPS on conventional 10/100.
You'll also need to use Cat-6 cables or Cat-5e.
Basically which ever room you need a connection, you can plug one of these in and you're set
There are currently no wireless module for the gigabit network.
