This may or may not apply to US, but for some time now Donlen Fleet Management is saying Canadian 2016 Camaro orders may be entered starting 7/23/2015. Donlen is a source I have checked for heads up on ordering time lines for years now. This is for Canadian sourced orders, as their US section still shows TBD for 2016 Camaro orders, whatever that means.
If I was going to have an order placed on the first day, I would be keeping close attention on that date.
