I don't think there is anything against posting links, but I could be wrong. I'm sure I can find it in the ecoboost Mustang6G section.
At the end of the day, it's a 4 cylinder in a Mustang or Camaro.. Sure, it can be made somewhat quick, but the v8 can be made even quicker with most likely less of a chance of blowing up. Want to talk about bang for buck? Just buy a used 4 cylinder turbo car then and mod since you'd be voiding warranty on your Mustang anyway.

On the street trap speed doesn't matter. If you pull up next to a tuned mustang EB that is putting down 360-380ft-lb torque at the wheels at around 3000rpm you better not assume that because you have a 5.0 you are going to win to the next light. There are plenty of videos on youtube to prove it.
And like I said that run was on stock tires so he had to keep traction control on
