You may be right ! The look of the car is what I expected, though I'm not in love with it. We should expect that they were going to modernize it. The 5th gen has a more classic look that will be loved for a long time to come. I'm more interested in the mechanics of the car. With the 8-speed auto it's gonna be a monster out of the hole with the strong low speed torque the LT1 has.
