I don't want an innocent man to go to jail, but I also don't want to ruin rep of an LEO, even though he doesn't want to see my footage, he may actually be a good cop (doesn't seem so, but I try to give ppl the benefit of the doubt)

Booking time could easily be many hours AFTER the arrest... there's a lot of processing, transportation, other formalities that happen.
