You can fix that yourself without breaking a sweat , I fixed the wheels twice from curb ( kisses ) way deeper than that.
Just take your time prepping it just right , then spray the paint in very lights passes , do not try to do it quick with a couple passes , you WIL regret
One other thing , do not mask the wheel surface at all , leave it exposed to the overspray , so there will be no line in between the patch and the existing paint , cover all the rest of the area around the wheel , tire included off course
