Also because it's a TRACK CAR that happens to have a VIN and is legal to drive on the street, not s street car you can take to the track.
Everyone that I've talked to about buying a Z/28 with no intention of tracking it, just to keep it as a garage queen basically, has warned me that I would not like driving it on the street. Rides much to harsh to ride on city streets.
