Both AMG and Audi have chosen the 4.0L V8TT for tax/mileage reasons. Smaller than I like, but they are making good power with turbos and are being offered with both DCT and AWD.
I still prefer pushrods and bigger cubes, but if I have to give up cubes to get DCT+AWD, I would do it.
I would like a hatch as well. It makes complete sense. FInger crossed.
