Thanks, thats why all the car guys I know pretty much all drag race. I could do my entire trip to the dragstrip on a saturday for 80 bucks if I just wanted to test n tune. That includes gas, food, and tolls going to the track, I could do it for under 120 if I wanted to enter a race and compete with a chance to bring home some $. Not to mention that GLD is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday for test n tune and saturday and sunday have events (with some test n tune inbetween rounds) So we could go to the drag strip whenever we want. Road course has to be days they have set aside for test n tune or open sessions. That is why in my automotive circle I know everyone drag races, its cheaper and more convenient.
I do know a few that like to Auto X though, but not the same as getting on a road course
