Why would the Camaro be any slower? The ATS-V is using a 6-speed auto vs possible 8-speed for the camaro. It's also weights 3700lbs (assuming camaro weighs the same) and the V6TT makes slightly less torque than the LT1.

I'd say the camaro should be at least the same or slightly quicker.
