Man I am real bummed about this.... Who ever made this decision is basically saying we dont care if we give you a product that doesnt live up to what we are offering..... Only way this is going to get fixed is with pure determination on your part. Keep moving up the ladder....... Isnt there that new contact Fritz thing?
