In the commentary for the Z06 lap around VIR the guy says it hits a wall at 150 with the Z07 package. I wouldn't be surprised if this happened to be a Z07 packaged Corvette. The aero package can have a decent impact on top speed when compared to a car that probably produces very little downforce and also has more horsepower.
It also increases rolling resistance more than a little bit otherwise the new Z06 wouldn't be able to lap within 10 seconds of the race prepped Z06.R around Road Atlanta.
