And that's perfectly fine. Once a car is in its owner's hands they can do with it as they please. However, from Ford, the base car has no reason to utilize the SVO nameplate. The way the cars are setup now a 3.5 EB with the Navigator's tune of 385/460 would be much more inline with the spirit of the old SVO.
But in the end that's just the opinion of this one man and shouldn't be considered anything more than that.
