Hi all.
Good to see everyone doing well. My shoulder is still blown away. Some days it feels good but won't tolerate any movement above parallel in a forwardly motion, other days it's useless.Almost ready to break down and see a doctor. Meanwhile my gym is all set up at the shop except for the bench, dumbbell's and flooring which I'm still using here. Still doing some arm work and lower body, hernia repair feels good but still get a twinge now and then so no deadlifting. Sucks getting old, lol although in reality I feel great if that makes sense.
