Too many F2P games with microtransactions, DLCs, and not enough good games. I found slight redemption in Tomb Raider which I started playing a few days ago. The last good game I played that I really enjoyed before Tomb Raider was Path of Exile and Assassin's Creed Revelations.
Those are really turning me off to gaming. The last Forza with the car packs and making it so hard to make money in the game so they could sell you tokens to buy cars with that they had to come out with a patch changing the money you won in the races was crazy, Call Duty with the map packs that make you shell out another 60$ buck for old maps from previous games or slightly reworked maps that are copy's of old maps. It's starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth I used buy 10-15 new games a year now I am down to 5-6 and if they have a lot micro-transactions to open more parts of the game or "expand the experience" as they call it I just play what I can and trade it in after few weeks and get credit to use on next game.
