My girlfriend is younger and in college. Some guy was pestering her to join this time share (though they didn't want to use the word time share), and she called me to see if it was legit. I knew immediately it was a scam. Before I talked to the guy, he was telling her to tell me how awesome it was, and that you could travel the world cheaply, and make tons of money selling these holiday packages (as he called them), as he was already making tons of money. I asked what the company name was, and she told me. I can't remember the name at the moment though.

Anyways, I did a google search, and one of the first articles I found was about a new lawsuit in New York against the company for fraud that the prosecutor of some city was doing there.

She gets tired of talking to him and he wants to speak to me directly. I tell him about the lawsuit and tell him to stop pestering my girlfriend about joining a fraudulent company....and that he should do a little more research on the company himself.
