I want my arms thinner, I don't want to bulk there. of course a nice ass and legs and I've heard squats can give me that lol.
I don't have a program. mostly because the gym I go to can be swarmed by high schoolers... and if I wanted to do leg day and do squats I may not be able to because the racks are full. so I listen to my body and do what I can..... until I can get back into a crossfit gym

OK! Well to loose your 20 lbs of "fat" there really is no secret to it. It can all be acheived in "the kitchen". Just create yourself a healthy diet that you can live with on a long-term, and see the results grow week by week. With the correct diet you will see awesome results after 12 weeks. Do not overdo it - Take it step by step, because the thing is to find a diet that you can stick with for a loooong time, like years to come, until your metabolism has changed again and you need to change it a bit...
To make life funnier, you can have your cheat days when you eat your pizzas, ice cream, whatever... I have my Saturdays, and if I feel like going bananas in the middle of the week, I will adjust my diet the following days or add some cardio to at least take the edge of it.
Once you have a balanced diet as a base, you can start looking at more thorough gym sessions and add some extra calories to your diet for muscle growth, having focus on protein and fat.
And yeah! Squats are good for your female body! I love them squat booties
