First, I just want to say that you don't EVER need to use MSN Explorer, no matter what ISP you use. All MSN Explorer is is a browser, and if you have an internet connection, you can use whatever browser you want. I'd recommend using Chrome.
MSN Explorer is a piece of crap. And hopefully you aren't still using dial up.

Using Verizon Fios.... I just use MSN Explorer because I have had email service with them forever.
