If I had a nickel for every one of these "I know I was doing something wrong and got a ticket for it threads".........
1. You put too dark of tint on
2. You got stopped for it
3. You got a ticket
Life lesson here: You have to pay to play. If you feel like going to court for it, then go. That is your right to let a judge decide if you are guilty or not.
However, don't complain about the cop giving you a ticket for something that is clearly in violation of the traffic/vehicle code. It doesn't matter if you agree with the 30% law or not, still have to follow the rules. (If you don't like the rules, then contact your legislator and get the law changed)
