I strained my f'n groin practicing starts at speed skating practice today lol.
But the good news is last night was max effort squat. I haven't had over 275 lbs of bar weight (plus either bands or chains) since the 2nd or 3rd week in December....
Last night, off a low box, I did 475 plus 3 sets of chains. Got my ass stapled with 500 plus 3 sets of chains but all in all was happy with how last night went.
