I had a rough day yesterday. I woke up with lower back pain which I do sometimes, but this was worse. It usually passes after an hour or two or at least becomes quite mild after the morning hours. But it hurt worse yesterday & did not improve even after doing some stretches, taking a hot bath with epsom salt & taking some Naproxen then later some extra strengh timed release asprin & sitting with a heat pad on it. It seems slightly less severe this morning but still hurting quite a bit. I'm not sure what I did to it. I hope it improves. This is no fun.
It was milder here yesterday, around 45 but windy. Today supposed get up to close to 50 but tomorrow back into the bitter cold for a few more days. Have a good Sunday everyone.

Doesn't sound fun! My 31 year old son has lots of back problems similar to what you describe from his experience in Iraq being tossed around with IED explosions............no good resolution for those kind of problems.......
