It's that time of the year....all of the grossly overweight people joining the gym. I have been going 3-5 times a week for 2 years now..lost 60 lbs...and doing it right with a mix of different exercises. Today was leg and calf with 5 miles on treadmill.
The highlight of the day was the guy in cowboy boots, athletic shorts and a worn out polo shirt that didn't cover his belly. He strutted up to the weights...picked up the 40's and used his entire body motion to do three curls....full out 100db grunting dropped the weights like a stud...and then looked around like he was Mr. Atlas.

I've been training for 15 years. Competing the last 5 in bodybuilding and strong mans. I could tell u so many stories about people dropping dumbells on their faces lol
