As long as you get 100% pure bcaa's they are all pretty much the same. Just as with other supplements you don't want anything with any other ingredients just 100% pure bcaa's. I get mine from Performance Nutrition or GNC as they are both close to me. I also avoid flavored ones. that way you can add them to other pre/post work out drinks if you choose to without odd flavoring. I recently made the mistake of grabbing one that was watermelon, what a dummy, doesn't go good with vanilla whey lol.
Something you may or may not know about creatine. Some products suggest a double dose when you start, it is not needed the effects are accumulative. Also new studies show that creatine is not easily absorbed, it is best to dissolve it in a warm drink first. It could be warm water. I personally add it to green tea. It is something that is not usually on the directions for use although some companies are starting to suggest it. Some claim they use special processes in it's production to make it more digestible but mixing it in a warm drink is proven to be best.
